Studio TK, formerly Teknion Studio, creates social applications that are shaping office culture and changing the culture of work
June 13, 2016
Studio TK today announced the introduction of design enhancements and new products to its expanding
portfolio at NeoCon, running from June 13-15 at The Mart in Chicago. Visitors to NeoCon will experience
first-hand the enhancements to Infinito Lounge Seating by Toan Nguyen, Cavu Tables Collection and
Envita Table Series by Mario Ruiz, Cover Lounge Seating and Tables by Claesson Koivisto Rune, Qui
Seating and Surface Collection by Monica Armani, and Fractals Seating Group by Jeffrey Bernett and
Nicholas Dodziuk.
“The new products and design improvement were inspired by the opportunity to really play to the
strengths of the new Studio TK brand and its emphasis on social applications,” said Charlie Bell,
President, Studio TK. “Our focus on social applications aids architects and designers in creating spaces
that empower people to choose how, where and with whom they do their best work. From quiet focus to
creative collaboration, social spaces are where connections are formed and communities are built.”
Infinito Lounge Seating
New sectional pieces have been introduced to Infinito. Multiple units – chaise, corners, one-arm left and
right, armless and benches – create new planning capabilities plus more options for social connectivity
and community with a modular sofa system. Create large, original open reception areas with soft
comfortable lounge seating.
Square Infinito Tables have been designed specifically to work with the lounge seating collection,
occupying the same footprint as the lounge chair and working well in planning scenarios. The tables with
solid sides and multiple top options are available with power.
Cavu Tables Collection
This new series of beautifully crafted Work, Cafe and Greeting Tables is available in various heights
including casual, conference, counter and bar. Round, Parsons and Perimeter Parsons Tables fit several
collaborative spaces for casual or traditional conferencing. Counter and bar heights are ideal for quick
touchdown sessions.
Cover Lounge Seating and Table
The new High-Back Chair and High-Back Settee Cover models are ideally suited for creating booth
scenarios with an added element of privacy.
The addition of Conference, Work, Cafe and Booth Tables creates a more comprehensive Studio TK
table collection. Conference and Work Tables facilitate casual, collaborative environments. Casual Work
and Conference Tables work well in conjunction with Cover lounge seating.
Fractals Seating Group
A new Fractals option enables different interior and exterior upholstery textiles to be specified, creating
more of a booth look and feel.
Envita Lounge Series
A traditional 26-inch- high (66 cm) Task Table at the traditional laptop table height for work has been
introduced to the Envita offering.
Qui Seating and Surface Collection
Qui Screens are now available with storage capabilities and functional surfaces.
