Studio TK Shows Artifort Seating at NeoCon 2018
June 11, 2018
Studio TK today announced that it is showcasing four Artifort collections in its new tenth-floor showroom during NeoCon, June 11-13, at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Visitors to showroom #1041 are invited to experience first-hand the Beso lounge seating collection designed by Khodi Feiz, the Pala lounge chair by Luca Nichetto, Kalm lounge chair by Patrick Norguet and Nina chair by René Holten.
“We are honored to be featuring Beso, Pala, Kalm and Nina from Artifort among our own social spaces furnishings in our recently opened Chicago showroom,” said Charlie Bell, President, Studio TK. “Our new partnership with Artifort enables us to share the timeless, enduring design of some of their world-renowned international designers with our North American customers. Now, Studio TK clientele can enjoy the quality and craftsmanship that every Artifort piece brings to the office, boardroom, lobby or home.”
Beso Lounge Seating Collection
Beso, Spanish for “kiss,” is an affordable and highly versatile chair program created by Dutch designer Khodi Feiz. The Beso collection includes a chair, armchair, lounge and stools. Beso’s design juxtaposes power and simplicity. In terms of shape and construction, the collection encourages long, yet comfortable, periods of work with others.
Pala Lounge
Pala is a fully upholstered lounge chair on a pedestal by Italian designer Luca Nichetto. Pala marks Nichetto’s first design for Artifort. It follows the shape of a human body and combines the company’s heritage with a contemporary approach.
Kalm Lounge
Kalm is a large, new cozy lounge chair by French designer Patrick Norguet. It is a sanctuary in its own right, a place to unwind and get comfortable. With Kalm, Norguet has created an iconic, luxurious and comfortable high-back chair. Several Kalm lounge chairs grouped together will define a hotel lobby or meeting room, and create a distinguished and iconic image.
Nina Chair
Nina is a contemporary, luxurious seating design by René Holten. Elegant and comfortable, Nina is perfect for meeting rooms and dining rooms. The rounded, well-fitted back makes the chair comfortable as active seating or in a more relaxed position.
Studio TK will produce the products in its Clayton, North Carolina, facility, providing clients with shorter lead times and a U.S shipment point.
In addition to these four Artifort collections, Studio TK will be launching Borough Modular Lounge Seating, Tables and Screens designed by Christophe Pillet, and the Cesto interactive collection of seating and table elements designed by Khodi Feiz. Visit Studio TK at its new showroom, #1041, during NeoCon, June 11-13, at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago.
